Business process optimization: To be successful, organisations should cut fat and become lean and nimble to gain rapid pace and grow more efficiently. We evaluate clients' critical business process rather dispassionately for its efficiency and effectiveness on business using process map and data driven analysis to identify gaps. We get to the root of the issue and wouldn't conclude at the superficial level. We then embark on an optimized process from ground zero taking cognisance of all allied process linkages within the organisation such that the results far outweigh the investments. We not only provide solutions, but we engage with cross functional team and guide them in implementing the revised processes.
Service process: We engage with our clients' to deliver distinct service strategy that clearly differentiates them from the clutter. Our game plan is to help our clients' exceed their growing customer expectations by creating sustainable competitive advantage that results in increased profitability. We cover the entire gamut of customer life cycle management right from acquisition, attrition, advocacy and profitable retention.
Asset Optimization: We engage with our clients to revisit process that are the root causes for consuming excess working capital and leverage our lean sigma expertise to progressively remove non moving inventories, minimize buffer stocks, decrease stock replenishment time and improve receivable management. We also help clients identify redundant activities alongside streamlining those that are essential with a view to reduce costs. This apart, we go beyond mere cost optimisation and focus our energies on how best to maximize the return on capital employed. We seek to optimize the revenue earning potential of both current and fixed assets with a view to unleash much needed cash in to business for more strategic deployment.
Supply Chain Management: Efficient management of supply chain apart from providing competitive advantage results in ensuring right products at the customer hand at the right time in the most cost effective manner. We take a holistic approach to the entire supply chain process as opposed to mere tinkering of functional silo's. Apart from re-designing of supply chain network, we enable clients' with technology platform interventions and hand-hold them in implementing the entire process.
Shared Services & Outsourcing Advisory: We work with our clients to develop a service delivery model before making any assumptions regarding shared services or outsourcing as an outcome. We work with clients to develop cost-effective and flexible back offices, particularly in the areas of IT (ITO), Call Centres, and Human Resources (HRO). This differentiates us from the pure-play outsourcing advisory firms, as we are able to provide true service delivery model experience based on our domain expertise spanning across BPO and Telecom space. We have found that our clients desire an independent advisor to support them in the critical process of determining whether outsourcing is the "right" answer, and to what extent.
We help our clients in analyzing and improving their service delivery models, and identifying where Shared Services and Outsourcing can bring real business benefit. Our approach focuses on the detailed activities for transition, including retained organization design, operational process development, governance, and migration. We also help our clients identify reliable third party outsourcing vendors and help them manage their relationship by institutionalising performance management matrix including formulating service level agreements (SLA's) to reap true benefits of outsourcing.
